The system comprises one or more content providers, one or more management servers, one or more edge servers and one or more user sides. Content requested by a user can be provided for the user efficiently. According to the system, data of the same class can be compressed within available and limited storage space in relatively short time. Different from a traditional one-time content loading algorithm, a block content loading mode has the advantages that the memory space is preliminarily saved; the use condition of a current cache area can be monitored; loading tasks can be reasonably distributed to the available storage space; and loading processes are awakened asynchronously when true loading is carried out, so the occupation of a program to the storage space is reduced on the premise of not reducing the computing performance.
