The method comprises the steps of using the load balancing device to acquire status information of all service nodes under all cluster nodes corresponding to the load balancing device at the current moment, and receiving a first monitoring request sent by the monitoring device, wherein the first monitoring request comprises identifiers of the cluster nodes; sending the status information of all the service nodes corresponding to the identifiers of the cluster nodes to the monitoring device according to the identifiers of the cluster nodes. According to the technical scheme of the application, the load balancing device does not need to implant a script into each service node separately when acquiring the status information of all the service nodes, so that the intrusion for the service nodes is avoided.
