The method comprises: electronic equipment with an abnormal flow is determined and a blacklist is generated according to the electronic equipment with the abnormal flow, wherein the blacklist includes information of the electronic equipment with the abnormal flow; when an advertisement needs to be put, equipment information of an advertisement receiver is obtained; the equipment information of the advertisement receiver is matched with the blacklist; and if the equipment information of the advertisement receiver is determined to be in the blacklist, the advertisement receiver is electronic equipment with a abnormal flow and putting of an advertisement to the advertisement receiver is terminated. Therefore, putting of an advertisement to electronic equipment with an abnormal flow can be avoided, so that effectiveness and accuracy of advertisement putting can be improved.
