The method comprises the steps of dividing the information into four levels according to importance; starting log file management; reading the number of the log files under the current directory and carrying out corresponding processing; reading the sizes of the files one by one to find log files suitable for information writing and storing paths; selecting different output formats according to different levels of the information and opening the file according to the stored path; judging the size of the current file again and carrying out corresponding processing; reading the number of the files in the directory and performing corresponding processing to ensure that the number of the log files does not exceed the maximum number; writingthe information into an opened log file according to a certain format; and closing the file. According to the method, the classification can be carried out according to different types of information, meanwhile, the maximum number allowed by the log files can be manually set, and therefore the log files reach a dynamic balance, and the error correction efficiency of developers and the actual utilization rate of hard disk space are greatly improved.
