Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of hydraulic techniques, and relates to innovative design of the scheme of an actuator based on a one-way hydraulic pump. The actuator based on the one-way hydraulic pump comprises the one-way hydraulic pump, an energy accumulator, two two-position and three-way electromagnetic valves and an actuation cylinder. The actuator based on the one-way hydraulic pump is characterized in that the one-way hydraulic pump is adopted by the actuator to serve as a driving power source. The electromagnetic valves (3 and 4) are used for achieving movement reversing and fault mode switching of an actuator cylinder (5), and control over changing of the movement direction of the actuator cylinder (5) is achieved by controlling the on-off states of the electromagnetic valves. The design of the power-by-wire actuator based on the one-way hydraulic pump is achieved, the scheme of the actuator adopting the electromagnetic valves for reversing is provided, and the problem that when the one-way hydraulic pump, particularly a low-power one-way hydraulic pump, is used as the driving power source, throttling loss of traditional reversing elements can be caused is solved. The actuator based on the one-way hydraulic pump has the advantages that throttling loss of the actuator is avoided, and the structure is simple.
