The material storage oil cylinders are located on the rack and arranged below the material pressing mechanism. The material pressing mechanism comprises a material pressing motor and a material pressing device. The material pressing motor is arranged on the rack and can drive the material pressing device to move up and down. The discharging mechanism comprises discharging pipes, a discharging control device and a discharging isolating device. The discharging pipes are connected with the discharging control device and the discharging isolating device. The discharging control device is used for controlling connecting and disconnecting of the material storage oil cylinders and the discharging pipes. The discharging isolating device is used for controlling opening and closing of pipe orifices of the discharging pipes.
