Abstract

The present invention provides a pixel structure and a display panel using the same. The pixel structure is arranged on the substrate. The pixel structure comprises a first data line, a second data line, a transparent electric layer and a shielding layer. The first data line, the second data line and the transparent electric layer are arranged on the substrate, and the vertical projection of the transparent electric layer is located between the vertical projections of the first data line and the second data line to the substrate.
