The method comprises the following steps of packaging different elements, which form a target Web page, in a plurality of components, and storing the components in a Web server; obtaining preset components from the Web server, and loading an initial Web page comprising the preset components; and according to different operations of accessing the Web page, obtaining target components corresponding to the operations from the Web server, and loading the Web page comprising the target components. Compared with the prior art, the method and the system have the advantages that by utilizing a single-page Web framework technology, a user is not disturbed by page jump in a task operation process, so that the jamming problem in the Web page jump of the mobile terminal is greatly reduced; and the whole task process is finished in one page, so that the man-machine interaction efficiency and comfort are effectively improved.
