The objective of the invention is to solve problems that realization effects of a single heat dissipation method are not ideal and rapid heat dissipation can be achieved only by combining various kinds of methods, particularly to solve a problem that a lower wire outlet seat and a soft conductor for soft connection used for a heavy-current solid encapsulated pole column are like to suffer from thermal oxidation. The pole column comprises a pole column body, a vacuum arc distinguishing chamber arranged in the pole column body, an upper wire outlet conductor, a lower wire outlet conductor and an insulation housing. The vacuum arc distinguishing chamber is arranged in an inner cavity of the insulation housing. The upper wire outlet conductor is connected to the upper part of the vacuum arc distinguishing chamber. The lower wire outlet conductor is connected to the lower part of the vacuum arc distinguishing chamber. At least two chimney-type trapezoid-shaped ventilation air flues are arranged on an outer ring of the vacuum arc distinguishing chamber. The upper ends of the ventilation air flues communicate with the outside, and the lower ends communicate with the interior of the insulation housing. According to the invention, heat dissipation effects are improved; and the soft conductor for soft connection is protected against the thermal oxidation.
