The invention discloses a charger comprising a TYPE-C interface which is used for being connected with electronic equipment having the TYPE-C interface; an output control circuit which is connected with the TYPE-C interface and acquires charging parameters required by the electronic equipment connected with the TYPE-C interface through the TYPE-C interface and outputs a control signal accordingly, wherein the charging parameters includes a current parameter and a voltage parameter; a parameter adjustment circuit which is connected with the output control circuit and used for adjusting output pulses according to the control signal fed back by the output control circuit; and a high frequency transformer which is connected with the parameter adjustment circuit and the TYPE-C interface and converts the output pulses of the parameter adjustment circuit into the charging parameters required by the electronic equipment accordingly and supplies power to the electronic equipment through the TYPE-C interface.
