Embodiment 1

[0103]In the actual supply chain system, the composition of the supply chain network will be relatively complex. Taking a supply chain network with 28 parameters as an example, the advantages and feasibility of the change path prediction and storage method proposed in this paper are verified.

[0104] Establish the DSM according to the relationship between the changed parameters contained in the supply chain system, such as Figure 9 As shown in the figure, S represents the supplier, M represents the manufacturer, and S refers to the dealer. After clustering the initial DSM with Algorithm 1 and Algorithm 2, the clustered DSM is obtained, such as Figure 10 shown.

[0105] according to Figure 10 It can be obtained that after clustering, the parameter {n 2 ,n 9 ,n 10 ,n 11 ,n 18 ,n 19 ,n 20} is divided into a subblock where {n 2} is the initiation layer parameter, {n 9 ,n 10 ,n 11} is the propagation layer parameter, {n 18 ,n 19 ,n 20} is the absorbing layer para...

Abstract

The invention relates to a DSM-based Method for analyzing change of a supply chain system. The method comprises that an initial design matrix A is obtained according to relation among different change parameters in a supply chain network; the initial design matrix A is transformed in a reachable way to obtain a reachable matrix P; clustering analysis is carried out on an initial design matrix M to obtain a clustering matrix C; the change parameters are layered, and change paths are classified; and XML is used to store path information. The graph theory is used to analyze change, relates among changed parameters and parameters are represented by nodes and directed sides in a digraph, DSM is established to carry out clustering analysis and further to predict a possible change path, and the path is stored in the XML structure. The change occurrence point and spreading and amplifying range are mastered generally, and change is controlled effectively according to concrete conditions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of supply chain system analysis, in particular to a method for analyzing supply chain system changes based on DSM. Background technique [0002] The supply chain system is a network chain structure system from initial raw material suppliers to manufacturers who process raw materials or semi-finished products, and finally deliver products to end users through distributors, retailers, etc. The stability of the supply chain system is a crucial factor that affects the profits of enterprises. [0003] With the increasing scale of the supply chain system and the increasingly complex operating mechanism, members in the system need to respond quickly to environmental changes or system changes in order to maintain competitive vitality, and adjust inventory capacity, staffing, and production plans. In the cooperative and competitive supply chain system, each member unit and its components are a community of interests. When a m...
