By calculation, an attenuation difference value among reference rings in each reference ring group is obtained; calculation is carried out by utilizing the attenuation difference values, an error value of each reference ring is obtained; by utilizing a set position offset of the reference rings and the calculated error values of the reference rings, a position compensation value of each reference ring group is calculated out; by utilizing the position compensation value of each reference ring group and the attenuation difference value among the reference rings in each reference ring group, a compensation attenuation difference value among the reference rings in each reference ring group is calculated out; by utilizing the compensation attenuation difference value, a compensation error value of a current reference ring is calculated out; and by utilizing the compensation error value of the current reference ring, a correction parameter of the current reference ring is calculated. An offset of a geometric center and an electrical center of the reference ring, which is caused in the reference ring manufacturing process, is compensated into the reference ring calibrating process, so that calibration accuracy of the reference ring is improved.
