Abstract

In order to have a completely secure cryptographic system, one has been looking for a system that is as unconditionally secure as the One Time Pad (One Time Pad) but without its key distribution problem. A cryptographic system is disclosed herein, which implements a cryptographic process based on a random sequence generator (1), generating a random key as long as the data to be processed for the encryption process (2) or decryption process (3). The random sequence generated by the random sequence generator (1) is completely random, which is perfectly reproducible for a person with the correct random transition map (4) and seed (5). Therefore, we have a very strong cryptosystem with no key distribution problem. The cryptographic system even allows an unconditionally secure communication channel over a network. Such cryptographic systems can be implemented on very different hardware like smart cards even with limited computing power.
