According to the invention, the ozone generation device, a test box, a vibrostand and a plurality of other devices are integrated together, so the ozone-illumination-vibration composite testing apparatus can provide an environment including a plurality of factors like ozone, illumination and vibration and allows a product to be tested in an environment with a plurality of influence factors; and thus, testing accuracy is further guaranteed compared with testing carried out under the influence of one single factor, and improvement of product quality is benefited.
