Abstract

The invention provides an axial magnetic circuit series-connection type double-end excitation motor, which comprises a left end cover, a left excitation winding, an internal magnetic isolation ring, an N-pole iron core, an S-pole iron core, an armature winding, a stator iron core, a large magnetic isolation ring, a housing, a rotating shaft, a right excitation winding, a right end cover and end cover protrusions. The stator iron core is in a silicon steel sheet laminated structure; a rotor core is formed by a rotor yoke and the iron core poles; and the N-pole iron core and the S-pole iron core are arranged oppositely to form the rotor core. The two-pole iron core poles are in staggered arrangement, and are isolated by an air gap obviously larger than a main air gap between a stator and a rotor. The protrusions are formed in the centers of the end covers for winding excitation windings respectively. The end covers are placed at the two ends of the rotor core respectively; and the end cover protrusions and the rotor core are isolated by auxiliary air gaps. The stator iron core is fixedly arranged to the housing through the large magnetic isolation ring. By changing the magnitude of current in the excitation windings, output voltage of the motor is controlled.
