Abstract
The invention discloses a specificity identification method for a watermelon variety 'Jingmei'. The specificity identification method for the watermelon variety 'Jingmei' comprises steps as follows: with genome DNA of the watermelon variety 'Jingmei' as a template, PCR amplification is performed by the aid of 28 core SSR primer pairs, amplified products are subjected to polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and a '0,1' matrix is constructed according to an electrophoretogram (in positions where the gel migration rates are the same, positions with bands are marked as 1 and positions without bands are marked as 0); the '0,1' matrix of a to-be-tested watermelon is obtained with the same method; the '0,1' matrix is of the to-be-tested watermelon and the '0,1' matrix of 'Jingmei' are compared. The constructed '0,1' matrix of 'Jingmei' is totally different from that of other varieties, can be used for sensitively distinguishing the variety 'Jingmei' from other varieties at high resolution and can be used for identifying authenticity of the variety 'Jingmei', and an effective scientific basis is provided for intellectual property protection of the variety 'Jingmei'.
