The weak foot puller is technically characterized in that an existing puller is redesigned; pulling claws of the puller are made of magnetized finish forging steel; the pulling claws are fixed to a pulled object through magnetic force of the pulling claws; and a hole is designed in each pulling claw to be connected with a corresponding iron chain. The criterion of the size of a force bearing shoulder on a lead screw is that the iron chains can be arranged on the force bearing shoulder in a sleeving manner. A groove is designed in the force bearing shoulder and used for hooking each iron chain. A spring piece is pressed on the force bearing shoulder through a clamp spring. The spring piece is used for pressing the iron chains hooked in the grooves of the force bearing shoulder so that the iron chains cannot slide off. If the stretching length of the pulling claws needs to be increased or decreased, the number of joints of the iron chains arranged on force bearing ribs in a sleeving manner can be adjusted.
