Abstract

The invention discloses a file system cache data management method. The method comprises the following steps of receiving addition requests for new data; if a cache link table is currently in a full state, determining to-be-eliminated data in the cache link table; and deleting the to-be-eliminated data from the cache link table and adding the new data to a head node of the cache link table. Through application of the technical scheme provided by the invention, when the data in the cache link table needs to be deleted, the to-be-eliminated data in the cache link table is determined firstly and then the to-be-eliminated data is deleted, so cache data in a file system can be efficiently managed within a limited memory. The invention also discloses a file system cache data management device which has the corresponding technical effects.
