Abstract

The present invention provides a wireless sensor network clustering routing protocol based on natural energy. Prior to each clustering process, the prediction of energy supply which will arrives is performed; some of nodes with maximum residual energy and the most energy supply are selected as cluster heads to undertake more forwarding data tasks than other nodes; the proportion of the cluster heads in the total number of the nodes in a control network; and after the selection of the cluster heads is completed, other common nodes which are not cluster heads are joint for clustering, and the common nodes compare energy consumption cost of each cluster head forwarding data to a base station and then select the cluster head with minimum energy consumption for joint. The wireless sensor network clustering routing protocol based on the natural energy only need low storage cost to effectively establish route so as to improve the network survival time and satisfy communication demand between the wireless sensor nodes.
