Abstract

The dispersing method comprises the following step: dispersing the alumina whiskers in a dispersing agent by adopting a cooperative dispersing method implemented by ultrasonic waves, blade agitation and big ball low-speed ball milling, wherein the dispersing agent comprises a first dispersing agent and a second dispersing agent; the first dispersing agent is polyethylene glycol; the second dispersing agent is 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol or polyacrylic acid; the mass ratio of the first dispersing agent to the second dispersing agent is (1 to 3) to (0.1 to 3). Compared with the prior art, the dispersing method has the advantages that a steric-hindrance effect and an electric double layer theory are brought into full consideration, a non-ionic dispersing agent and an anionic dispersing agent prepared from specific components are used in a combination way, and the cooperative dispersing method implemented by the ultrasonic waves, the blade agitation and the big ball low-speed ball milling is adopted on the basis of reasonably controlling the proportion of the two dispersing agents, so that a good dispersing effect of the alumina whiskers of different slenderness ratios is achieved.
