Abstract

The invention discloses a scanning driving circuit and a display device. The scanning driving circuit comprises a scanning signal output end; a pull-up circuit that controls the scanning signal output end to output high level; a download circuit that outputs a current-level signal; a pull-up control circuit that charges a pull-up control signal point; a pull-down holding circuit that holds the low level of the pull-up control signal point and the scanning signal output end, and that releases the high potential of the pull-up control signal point; a bootstrap circuit boosts the potential of the pull-up control signal point; and a pull-down circuit that controls the scanning signal output end to output low level. Thus, a problem is solved that the display device generates heavy current when switched on or off.
