Abstract

The invention discloses an aqueous anticorrosive coating. The aqueous anticorrosive coating comprises, by weight, 10 to 40 parts of a hydrophilic modified aliphatic polyisocyanate curing agent, 100 to 120 parts of long-acting water-based composite fluorine-containing resin, 0.05 to 0.1 parts of a leveling agent, 1 to 10 parts of a wetting agent, 1 to 3 parts of a thickener, 0.2 to 1 part of a defoamer, 2 to 5 parts of a film forming aid, 20 to 30 parts of a corrosion inhibitor, 15 to 30 parts of a pigment and a filler, 0.02 to 1.0 part of a catalyst and 20 to 40 parts of deionized water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the aqueous anticorrosive coating. The aqueous anticorrosive coating film has high acid-base resistance and artificial accelerated aging resistance, and can be used in the conventional solvent-based polyurethane coating traditional application fields such as automotive, wood, industrial maintenance, plastic and wind power blades and solar cells having high-performance requirements.
