Abstract

The invention discloses an assembling method for a starting motor with a built-in electromagnetic switch. The starting motor comprises a starting motor shell with a motor installing hole, an inner gear shaft hole, an isolator installing portion and an electromagnetic switch installing portion. The assembling method comprises the steps that 1, all parts of an electromagnetic switch assembly and the starting motor shell are directly connected into a whole; 2, an inner gear assembly is installed in the inner gear shaft hole; 3, an isolator assembly is pressed into the isolator installing portion of the starting motor shell, and a starting motor front cover is arranged in a covering manner and fixed; and 4, an obtained assembly is placed reversely, and after a motor assembly is installed in the motor installing hole, a starting motor back cover is arranged in a covering manner and fixed. According to the assembling method, through the means that all the parts of the electromagnetic switch assembly and the starting motor shell are integrally connected in a creative and direct manner, the problem that in the prior art, a coil assembly is damaged or the connecting reliability is poor is solved, and the technical problems of overall assembling of the starting motor with the built-in electromagnetic switch are solved.
