Abstract

Embodiments of the invention disclose a data query method and apparatus. The method comprises the steps of receiving a data query request, wherein the data query request contains a query condition; judging whether the query condition contains a preset operator or not; if yes, converting the query condition into at least two sub-query conditions free of the preset operator according to a preset query condition optimization rule; according to the sub-query conditions, querying data in a preset table; and according to the queried data, generating a data query result. By applying the data query method and apparatus, the data query performance of a database is improved and the data query speed is increased.
