Abstract

The invention discloses a sorting and conveying device for jet-printing workpieces. The sorting and conveying device comprises a rack, a sorting disc and two annular conveying units. The two annular conveying units are arranged on the rack and located on the same horizontal plane. Each annular conveying unit comprises a conveying belt, an annular guide rail, two driving wheels and multiple bearing plates. The bearing plates are arranged on the annular guide rails in a sliding manner. The side, opposite to the inner side of the corresponding annular guide rail, of each bearing plate is in transmission connection with the corresponding conveying belt, so that a corresponding annular driving belt is formed. Every two driving wheels are arranged at the two ends of the inner side of the corresponding annular driving belt correspondingly and are in transmission connection with the corresponding conveying belt. The sorting disc is arranged on the rack. The sorting and conveying device has the beneficial effects that the workpieces are divided into two groups and delivered to the two conveying belts, and therefore workpiece conveying efficiency can be improved; furthermore, production efficiency of the workpieces is improved; labor time is shortened; in addition, the two conveying belts are arranged horizontally so that the no-load ratio of the conveying belts can be reduced; and the space of the whole device is saved.
