The invention provides a social vehicle scheduling logistics distribution system. The system comprises a work station, a communication system and a positioning system; the communication system and the positioning system are both in signal connection with the work station; a vehicle scheduling module, a vehicle management module and a database are arranged inside the work station; the vehicle scheduling module is used for establishing a mathematical model according to the descriptions of a problem and data information, designing a corresponding optimized method based on the mathematical model to solve the problem and outputting an optimized vehicle driving route; the vehicle management module is used for vehicle feedback information and vehicle real-time position information and describing a vehicle route problem and triggering the vehicle scheduling module to perform calculation; and the database is used for receiving the vehicle real-time position information from the positioning system and outputting the information to the vehicle management module. The social vehicle scheduling logistics distribution system can be applied to and installed on social vehicles so as to well integrate and schedule social vehicle resources.
