The present invention is directed to the upgrading of heavy hydrocarbon feedstock that utilizes a short residence pyrolytic reactor operating under conditions that cracks and chemically upgrades the feedstock. The process of the present invention provides for the preparation of a partially upgraded feedstock exhibiting reduced viscosity and increased API gravity. This process selectively removes metals, salts, water and nitrogen from the feedstock, while at the same time maximizes the yield of the liquid product, and minimizes coke and gas production. Furthermore, this process reduces the viscosity of the feedstock in order to permit pipeline transport, if desired, of the upgraded feedstock with little or no addition of diluents. The method for upgrading a heavy hydrocarbon feedstock comprises introducing a particulate heat carrier into an upflow reactor, introducing the heavy hydrocarbon feedstock into the upflow reactor at a location above that of the particulate heat carrier so that a loading ratio of the particulate heat carrier to feedstock is from about 15:1 to about 200:1, allowing the heavy hydrocarbon feedstock to interact with the heat carrier with a residence time of less than about 1 second, to produce a product stream, separating the product stream from the particulate heat carrier, regenerating the particulate heat carrier, and collecting a gaseous and liquid product from the product stream. The invention relates to a method for preparing drug-loading nanocomposite through ball-milling modification of mineral soil and blending modification. A preparation method of a novel controlled-release pesticide high-load rate carrier is characterized by comprising the steps of 1) performing ball-milling modification on montmorillonite and kaolin respectively by taking hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and hydrogen-containing silicone oil as modifiers, and mixing the modified montmorillonite and kaolin at certain proportion; 2) dissolving acetamiprid with water and performing ultrasonic dispersion, and loading the suspension of acetamiprid to the modified mineral soil through a 'negative pressure-freeze-drying method'; and (3) mixing and stirring a sodium alginate solution and the drug-loading mineral soil to obtain a sol system, and dripping the sol system into a chitosan-containing calcium chloride gelling agent by using an injector, and performing crosslinking to obtain alginate/mineral soil/chitosan drug-loading nanocomposite pellets. By using the film forming property of chitosan and the characteristics of the modified mineral soil, the system provided by the invention improves the stability and drug loading ratio of material, and also can adjust the release of drug and improve the mechanical strength. The novel controlled-release pesticide carrier provided by the invention can reduce influence of the environmental factors such as leaching, evaporation, degrading and the like, prolongs the duration of pesticide effect, and reduces the application amount of agricultural pesticide.

Folacin receptor mediated targeted acetyl pullulan polysaccharide nano granule and preparation thereof

The invention discloses a method for preparing folic acid coupled acetyl pullulan polysaccharide and the nanoparticles thereof, a preparation of drug-loaded nanoparticles which take the compound as the carrier and the role of the drug-loaded nanoparticles on the tumor cells. Firstly, the water soluble pullulan polysaccharide is converted to hydrophobic polymers by acetylation, so as to be conductive to the preparation of the nanoparticles and the loading of a hydrophobic drug, and the tumor cells with the high expression of the folate receptor can be targeted after the coupling of the folic acid by esterification. The drug-loaded nanoparticles are prepared by taking epirubicin as a model drug and adopting the solvent dispersion method, and the role of the drug-loaded nanoparticles on the tumor cells are evaluated by the in vitro cell uptake test. The results show that the method for preparing the folic acid-acetyl pullulan polysaccharide nanoparticles by the solvent dispersion method is simple, the reproducibility is good, the expanded production is easy, the drug-loading ratio is high, and the drug-loaded nanoparticles can be taken into the tumor cells by the route of the folate receptor.

Swelling-type hollow silk fibroin micro-needle drug delivery system and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a swelling-type hollow silk fibroin micro-needle drug delivery system and a preparation method thereof. According to the technical scheme of the preparation method, a swelling modified silk fibroin solution is casted in a PDMS mold to be vacuumized, dried and molded as a hollow needle-type housing. After that, a silk fibroin micro-needle array provided with cavities in the hollow needle-type housing is filled with powder-like or solution-like drugs, vacuumizing and drying are carried out to form a drug part. Finally, a layer of modified silk fibroin solution is cast, dried and molded as a cladded coating. The cladded coating is removed to obtain the swelling-type hollow silk fibroin micro-needle drug delivery system. The drugs are wrapped inside the cavities of the silk fibroin micro-needle arrays, so that the system is high in drug loading ratio and low in skin allergenicity and stimulation. The system facilitates the sustained release and the controlled release of micro-needle drugs. Meanwhile, according to the preparation method, since the swelling modified silk fibroin solution is cast, dried and molded in a mild processing condition, the system is low in processing cost and suitable for large-scale production. Drugs are directly wrapped in the cavities of the swelling hollow micro-needles, so that controlled-release drugs are swelled in the micro-needle base material. In this way, the biological activities of the controlled-release drugs are maintained, while the structure of the hollow silk fibroin micro-needle drug delivery system is greatly simplified. The system is better in practicality.
