Embodiment 1

[0055] Embodiment 1 Using the method and system of the present invention to identify individuals in 27 groups as individuals of the Tibetan population on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China or as individuals not from the Tibetan population of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China

[0056] The sample information of 27 groups of people in the present invention is as shown in Table 4 below, a total of 2687 samples, wherein: (1) 183 venous blood samples of Tibetan groups biological samples are from the National Science and Technology Resource Sharing Service Platform Project (number: YCZYPT[2017] ]01-3) and the special fund project for basic scientific research business expenses of the Physical Evidence Appraisal Center of the Ministry of Public Security (No.: 2017JB025), collected from Tibetan settlements on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and the collected samples all signed informed consent and have clear ancestry information; (2) The typing data of 2504 samples from 26 world populations...

Abstract

The invention provides a method and a system for recognizing Tibetan population individuals on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China from 27 colonies. The method comprises the following steps: extracting DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid) of an individual; acquiring genotypes of 87 Tibetan specific altitude acclimatization SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) sites of DNA; acquiring a colony genetic constitution analysis result of the individual from the genotypes of the specific sites by using STRUCTURE software, and determining whether the individual is a Tibetan population individual on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China or not according to the result. By adopting the scheme of the invention, whether an individual of 27 colonies belongs to Tibetan population individuals on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China or not can be recognized. By adopting the scheme, the distinguishing rate of East Asian subpopulations can be increased, and detection clues can be provided for related cases.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method and a system for identifying the source of an individual group, in particular to a method and a system for identifying an individual of a Tibetan group in China's Qinghai-Tibet Plateau among 27 groups. Background technique [0002] With economic globalization, the flow of people between different countries and regions has increased, and complex cases such as foreign-related, anti-terrorism, and cross-regional flow crimes have continued to increase, making case investigation more and more difficult. For example, foreign-related cases often occur in big cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong. At present, the international races are mainly divided into African, American, European, South Asian, East Asian races and mixed races formed by these races. [0003] Usually, the ancestry information contained in the DNA extracted from the biological samples at the scene of the case (such as the analysis of the ge...
