The acquisition device comprises a scanning unit used for acquiring the daytime frames and the night frames of a to-be-detected workpiece, and a calculation unit used for processing the daytime frames and the night frames and generating a two-dimensional texture diagram and a three-dimensional point cloud diagram of the to-be-detected workpiece. The scanning unit is in communication connection with the calculation unit. The calculation unit is further used for controlling the working state of the scanning unit. The two-dimensional texture diagram is obtained through the image splicing process according to displacement information between daytime frames. The three-dimensional point cloud diagram is obtained through the image splicing process according to the displacement information between night frames. The coordinate correspondence relation exists between the two-dimensional texture diagram and the three-dimensional point cloud diagram. According to the synchronous acquisition device and the method for two-dimensional and three-dimensional images, the two-dimensional texture diagram and the three-dimensional point cloud diagram of the to-be-detected workpiece can be acquired synchronously.
