Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a log file uploading method and a log file uploading device. The method comprises the steps of detecting whether a log file uploading requirement exists, wherein the uploading requirement is triggered by a message pushed by a server or abnormity in running of a terminal program; if the uploading requirement exists, acquiring a target identifier of a target application of the log file to be uploaded; acquiring a log file of the target application according to the target identifier; and uploading the log file to the server, thus allowing the server to analyze and process the log file. According to the method and the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the log file of the target application can be uploaded to the server in time, and strong instantaneity is achieved.
