Abstract

The kit comprises a PCR primer pair for amplifying the genes KIF14, KIF15 and KIF 20A as well as a primer pair for amplifying a housekeeping gene GAPDH. According to the diagnostic kit, the significant differences of the genes KIF14, KIF15 and KIF 20A on the transcription expression levels of transparent cell kidney cancer tumor sites and paracancerous normal tissues are found for the first time. By jointly detecting the transcription levels of the genes KIF14, KIF15 and KIF 20A and making comparison on the transcription levels and expression conditions of the normal tissues, the transparent cell kidney cancer can be rapidly, efficiently and precisely diagnosed.
