Embodiment Construction

[0027] Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below, but are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0028] Acrylic modified gelatin was prepared as follows:

[0029] Take a 25ml reaction bottle, weigh 0.5g of gelatin (food grade, type A, 225Bloom, MW=50000, Sigma-Aldrich) and 5ml of distilled water, stir at room temperature until dissolved. Take another 25ml brown reaction bottle, weigh 1.61g (0.005mol) of benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride (98.5%, Mw=322.23, ACROS Organics) and methanol, stir at 70°C until dissolved, then cool down to 30°C, After the bottle was covered with aluminum foil, 1.30 g (0.01 mol) of hydroxyethyl methacrylate (96%, ACROS Organics) was added and stirred evenly. A solution of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (99%, ACROS Organics) / 4-dimethylaminopyridine (99%, ACROS Organics) = (0.001 mol / 0.0001 mol) dissolved in 1 ml of methanol was also prepared. Add it into a reaction bottle protected from light, and stir at room tempera...

Abstract

The invention discloses photodynamic antiseptic dressing with an antibacterial function, a preparation method and an application. The antiseptic dressing is prepared by mixing a photocuring oligomer, an antimicrobial agent, a photosensitizer, a photocuring monomer and water via irradiation film formation. After the light irradiation film formation, the dressing can form artificial crusta that has an antibacterial property and can protect a wound; and the dressing can block bacterial invasion, reduces a risk of blood poisoning caused by wound infection and accelerates wound incrustation. The dressing is applicable to the various wound such as chronic ulceration, scalding and burning.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical material manufacturing, in particular to a photodynamic antibacterial dressing. Background technique [0002] The skin is the largest organ of the human body. It has the functions of sensing, regulating body temperature, protecting the body and preventing loss of body fluids. In daily life, when natural disasters and man-made disasters occur, people will inevitably encounter trauma, burns, gunshot wounds, scalds, burns, resulting in skin damage and formation of wounds. During wound treatment, bacterial infection and wound sepsis are the main causes of clinical illness and death in patients. In order to alleviate these problems, antimicrobial agents are often used clinically. After bacteria and viruses are adsorbed, they destroy the normal function of bacterial proteins or destroy the integrity of cell membranes to inhibit the growth of bacteria and then die naturally. However, common antimicrobi...
