The invention discloses a preparation method of a gelatin-based hydrogel in a microwave-ultrasonic coupling field. The preparation method is characterized in that polyvinyl alcohol and carboxymethyl cellulose with excellent biological compatibility are used as stents, a chitosan derivative is used as a crosslinking agent, and the gelatin is crosslinked and modified to prepare the gelatin-based hydrogel. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) mixing the chitosan derivative and the gelatin according to the mass ratio of 1:10 to 1:4, adding the polyvinyl alcohol or carboxymethyl cellulosewith of which the mass is equal to 50-150% of the mass of gelatin, and adding a proper amount of high purity water, so as to ensure the 20-50% of solid content in the solution; (2) adjusting the pH (potential of hydrogen) value in the solution to 3.5-5.0, heating in a 50-95 DEG C water bath to form a transparent solution, and putting into a microwave-ultrasonic coupling reaction field; (3) reacting for 1-3h in the microwave-ultrasonic coupling reaction field under the conditions of microwave frequency of 300-1000MHz, ultrasonic frequency of 500-1500MHz, and temperature of 70-95 DEG C; (4) freezing and drying, so as to obtain a hydrogel sample. The preparation method has the advantage that because the number of reaction function groups in the gelatin and chitosan molecules is more, the obtained hydrogel has better absorption property on heavy metals and dyes.

A reactive amphiphilic triblock copolymer capable of self-assembling in water to form micelles is subjected as an intra-system macromolecular crosslinking point instead of the traditional crosslinker N,N-methylene diacrylamide to free radical polymerization with a monomer so as to obtain high-strength hydrogel having uniform crosslinking density. The reactive amphiphilic triblock copolymer is not electrically charged; the size and stability of the reactive amphiphilic triblock copolymer are scarcely influenced by ion strength or charge in a solution; therefore, the reactive amphiphilic triblock copolymer is applicable to most free radical polymerized monomers, and synthesis of intelligent functional hydrogel is facilitated. The preparation method herein is simple to perform; preparing is easy; the raw materials are good in safety and stability and are easy to store; the preparation process is green and safe, has short time and low byproduct production; a means is provided to prepare multifunctional high-strength hydrogel. According to the novel fire extinguishing material and the preparation method thereof, acrylic acid and acrylamide are used as water-absorbing monomers to be subjected to cross-linking reaction under the action of a cross-linking agent and an initiator so as to generate gel, chitosan is added in the gel preparation process, so that the rigidity of the gel is improved, the water absorption rate of the gel is increased, and the gel is not liable to be dried and cracked at a high temperature; and a surface active agent is further compounded to form a stable and efficient foaming agent, abundant and compact foams are formed through high-speed stirring at the later stage of the cross-linking reaction soas to achieve the fire extinguishing effect, in addition, the formation of gel pores is facilitated by the aid of a stabilizer and a pore-forming agent of sodium carbonate at the later stage of the gel forming process, so that the swelling rate can be greatly increased, meanwhile, ammonium polyphosphate is modified, so that the hydrophobicity and the grafting performance can be improved, and grafting is carried out on the gel by utilizing the cross-linking reaction, so that the fire extinguishing performance can be further improved.
