The invention discloses a tissue viability, blood oxygen change and blood oxygen saturation detection method and an intelligent terminal, wherein the method, which is implemented by virtue of the intelligent terminal, comprises the following steps: acquiring video of a to-be-detected tissue region; for each frame of image in the video, implementing RGB three-channel separating processing, so that a red-light channel image and a green-light channel image which correspond to each frame of image; calculating a tissue viability index diagram in accordance with the red-light channel image and the green-light channel image; calculating blood oxygen change in accordance with the red-light channel image and the green-light channel image; and calculating blood oxygen saturation in accordance with the red-light channel image and the green-light channel image. The method provided by the invention can be implemented without the assistance of a professional detection apparatus, and the method, in the combination with the intelligent terminal, can simultaneously detect a plurality of physiological parameters, so that a user can monitor own health conditions conveniently, for example, the user can detect tissue viability, blood oxygen change and blood oxygen saturation; therefore, the demand of the user to monitor various physiological parameters which reflect the health conditions in real time can be satisfied.
