Abstract

The present invention relates to a heater and a heating device. The heater according to an embodiment includes: an insulating base material; a heat generating part formed on the insulating base material and having a plurality of divided regions in the longitudinal direction; and a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the heat generating part. The temperature sensor and the wiring pattern are formed on a different layer of the insulating base material than the wiring pattern for supplying power to the temperature sensor, and the heating section, the temperature sensor, and the wiring pattern are stacked.
