Abstract

The present invention relates to a heater, a heating device, and an image forming apparatus, the heater according to an embodiment comprising: a multilayer structure including a first insulating basematerial, a second insulating base material, and an intermediate insulating base material positioned between the first and second insulating base materials; a heating portion on the first insulating substrate; the sensor is positioned on the second insulating base material and is used for detecting the temperature of the heating part; a first wiring pattern on the intermediate insulating substratefor supplying power to the heat generating part; and a second wiring pattern on the second insulating substrate for supplying power to the sensor.
