Abstract

An electrical distribution center (10) includes a bracket (32). A mounting plate (36) is secured to the bracket (32) and includes an aperture (52) having a perimeter (54). An electrical connector (26) is disposed within the aperture (52) and includes a locating structure that is captured between the perimeter (54) and the bracket (32) to align and to retain the electrical connector (26) relative to the bracket (32). One locating structure includes spring arms (58) that cooperate with notches (56) provided by the aperture (52). Another locating structure includes an edge captured beneath a periphery of the aperture (52). The mounting plate (36) is snap-fit to the bracket (32) over the electrical connectors (26).
