Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining a multiple access technology to carry out wireless communication based on an energy efficiency function. The method comprises the following steps of step 1.establishing a communication system in a cell covered by a base station; step 2.computing respective capacities and consumed power of an OFDMA system and an SCMA system according to the number ofresource blocks, the bandwidth of each resource block, the number of subcarriers and a power control factor, and defining energy efficiency functions as ratios of the capacities to the consumed power; and step 3.when the energy efficiency function of the SCMA system is greater than the energy efficiency function of the OFDMA system, selecting SCMA system access and determining the number of accessed users to carry out wireless communication; when the energy efficiency function of the SCMA system is smaller than the energy efficiency function of the OFDMA system, selecting OFDMA system accessand determining the number of accessed users to carry out wireless communication. According to the method, the more appropriate system is selected to carry out wireless communication according to themagnitudes of the energy efficiency functions, so that the cost is effectively reduced and the radio resources are saved.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of wireless communication technology, in particular to a method for determining multiple access technology for wireless communication based on an energy efficiency function. Background technique [0002] Multiple access technology is a necessary means for multiple users to communicate simultaneously. The emergence of each generation of mobile communication systems is accompanied by the innovation of multiple access technology. In wireless communication systems, sparse code multiple access (SCMA) is a typical non-orthogonal multiple access method, that is, how the base station serves and distinguishes multiple users at the same time. In the SCMA encoding process, multi-dimensional modulation and low-density spread spectrum are combined to support massive connections. SCMA introduces a sparse codebook, and achieves a three-fold increase in spectral efficiency through multiple access in the code domain. OFDMA is an...
