Problems solved by technology

Most of the studies on the behavior selection of aromatic volatile substances on Bemisia tabaci are based on the volatile components of wild tomato, celery and other crops. There are relatively few studies on systematic aromatic plants, and most of them use fumigation, spraying contact or Field experiments were carried out in intercropping mode, and essential oils with low consumption, high efficiency, environmental protection and safety can be obtained by ordinary steam distillation, and the source is simple. There are relatively few applications for integrated control of Bemisia tabaci

Embodiment 1

[0040] The traditional behavioral response measurement is an important means to study the relationship between insects and plants. The Y-shaped olfactory instrument is the most commonly used classic method for measuring insect behavior. Set up a blank control group and a volatile odor source group, observe and count the behavior choices of each insect on the two arms. Based on this, the above 6 kinds of aromatic plant essential oils used in the present invention are comprehensively screened out from the further compound research results of 14 kinds of single effective essential oils of 46 kinds of aromatic plant essential oils unilaterally to Bemisia tabaci behavior selection bioactivity assay results The species with extremely strong repelling effect and high extraction rate of plant essential oils (Table 1), it can be seen that these 6 kinds of aromatic plant essential oils have the potential to be developed into compound repellents for preventing and controlling greenhouse p...

Embodiment 2

[0045] Take 5 parts of Central Asian Artemisia oleifera oil, 4 parts of divine vanilla oil, 3 parts of broad-leaved thyme oil, 3 parts of rue oil, 4 parts of basil oil, and 3 parts of medicinal sage oil, and mix them evenly in a glass or stainless steel container. Add 5% ethanol (95%) and emulsifier 3%, and ultrasonically oscillate for 10s to obtain a mixed essential oil repellant, which is stored in a refrigerator at 4°C for later use. The test method is the same as that in Example 1, and the results of its biological activity determination on Bemisia tabaci behavior selection are shown in Table 2.

[0046] Put the compound essential oil repellent in the repellent carrying box to be used, and the amount used each time is the amount of one scale of the carrying box.

Abstract

The invention discloses a composite essential oil repellent for bemisia tabaci and special high-pressure micro-mist door curtain equipment for a greenhouse entrance. The composite essential oil repellent for the bemisia tabaci is prepared from components in parts by volume as follows: 1-5 parts of artemisia absinthium oil, 1-5 parts of hyssopus officinalis oil, 1-5 parts of thymus pulegioides oil,1-5 parts of ruta graveolens oil, 1-5 parts of ocimum basilicum oil and 1-5 parts of salvia officinalis oil. The essential oil repellent has insect-repelling functions of being lasting in release, good in volatilizing stability, harmless to the environment and pollution-free to air and is used with low dosage, and particularly, the essential oil repellent efficiently repels the bemisia tabaci which is a globally invasive insect, thereby effectively realizing compressive control for greenhouse insects such as the bemisia tabaci and the like, efficiently reducing harm of the greenhouse insectsto greenhouse crops and reducing agricultural economic loss.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of comprehensive insect control, in particular to a bemisia tabaci compound essential oil repellent and special high-pressure micro-mist curtain equipment at the entrance of a greenhouse. Background technique [0002] The invention relates to the field of comprehensive insect control, in particular to a high-pressure micro-mist curtain device at the entrance of a greenhouse for repelling pests, especially the global invasive pest Bemisia tabaci. [0003] Aromatic plants (Aromatic Plants) are a new class of economic crops. Plant essential oils (Essential Oils, Eos) are extracted from different plant tissues such as roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds, branches or secretions. A general term for volatile oily liquid substances and (or scented) substances. Usually, plant essential oils are used to prepare flavors and fragrances, but research in recent decades has found that some aromatic plants, essential oils a...
