The method comprises the steps that a user terminal searches for file information with knowledge pointsas matching basis, a matching list of the knowledge points and file resources is generated with the knowledge points of a knowledge base in a server as basis and uploaded to a resource processing center of the server, and the user terminal extracts video characteristics with the knowledge points as matching basis; a matching list of the knowledge points and video resources is generated with the knowledge points of the knowledge base in the server as basis and uploaded to the resource processing center of the server, when the user terminal acquires corresponding file/video resource informationthrough the knowledge points, the server preferentially extracts records with high text similar matching weight according to the user-defined matching weight, and multiple records are sent to a client terminal according to the array of the weight size.
