Problems solved by technology

When there are new addition requirements, for example, it is necessary to define a new data structure, create a new report template or add a new data collection task, the above three parts must be processed accordingly, and the operation is not convenient enough
For example, when a new data collection task is added, the relevant information of the newly added task needs to be transmitted to the respective interfaces for processing data collection, data storage and report generation, and the data information is easily lost during the transmission process
[0007] In addition, when it is necessary to support third-party data and report templates, since the three parts are defined independently, it is difficult to meet the needs of third parties without making corresponding code modifications

Abstract

The invention provides a network equipment evaluation method and an intelligent service management system. The network equipment evaluation method is applied to a server which is in communication andconnection with multiple network equipment; the server is pre-stored with a comprehensive describing file for describing related parameters of the network equipment to be evaluated. The method includes steps of configuring a data collecting task used for collecting the network data of network equipment according to the comprehensive describing file and storing the collected network data; generating a data statement for evaluating performance of the network equipment according to the comprehensive describing file and sending the data statement to the user. Therefrom, related operations of datacollection, data storage and statement generation are carried out according to the comprehensive describing file, the relevance of three parts is enhanced, and the operation process is simplified.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of communication networks, in particular to a method for evaluating network equipment and an intelligent service management system. Background technique [0002] The monitoring and evaluation of network equipment performance mainly includes the following aspects: [0003] 1. Collect data information from the device side. [0004] 2. Design data structures and store data. [0005] 3. Generate report templates to generate reports. [0006] In the existing monitoring and evaluation system, the above three parts are defined and configured independently, with low correlation. When there are new addition requirements, for example, it is necessary to define a new data structure, create a new report template or add a new data collection task, the above three parts must be processed accordingly, and the operation is not convenient enough. For example, when a new data collection task is added, the relevant info...
