The system comprises a light detector, a curtain driving device, an indoor lamp adjusting device and a processor, wherein the light detector is used for detecting the actual value of indoor light intensity; the curtain driving device is used for adjusting the opening degree of an automatic curtain; the indoor lamp adjusting device is used for adjusting the illumination intensity of an indoor lamp; and the processor is separately connected with the light detector, the curtain driving device and the indoor lamp adjusting device, is used for comparing the actual value of the indoor light intensity with the target value of the indoor light intensity, and controls the curtain driving device and/or the indoor lamp adjustingdevice according to the comparison result. The source of the indoor light mainly comes from outdoor light and indoor lamplight, entering of the outdoor light is controlled by detection of the actual value of the indoor light intensity and adjustment of the opening degree of the curtain by the curtain driving device, the illumination intensity of the indoor lamp is adjusted by the indoor lamp adjusting device, and the indoor light intensity can be directly adjusted until a user satisfies.
