In the method, continually-flowing practical sewage is treated dynamically, and a novel solution is provided for the treatment of mindustrial waste water; a complete pretreatment part is provided, so that poisoning of the photocatalyst can be prevented; the flow speed and flow of sewage are controllable, so that the influence of the treating time of each part on sewage treatment can be better monitored; and multiple photocatalysis reactors are connected in series, so that multiple light sources and photocatalysts can be selected and matched according to different pollutants.
