The screw rods are rotated through screwing the adjusting knobs, and push the drive blocks to move, and the drive blocks drive the movable air door plates to rotate so as to close the air door; and the adjusting knobs are reversely screwed to open the air door, so as to adjust the air door and obtain the optimal flame. The air door adjusting device has novel design, reasonable structure and fine components, is smooth in adjustment, and includes a gas stove (1) and burners (2), wherein the air door brackets (7) are assembled at inlet doors of the stove head injecting pipes (3); and movable air door plates (8) are assembled in parallel on left and right of the air door brackets (7).
