The noninvasive multiparameter measuring device is provided with two paths of same measuring units; finger-clip type sensors transmit lights with three types of wavelengths and are connected with a simulation front-end unit which is connected with a single chip microcomputer; a display device is connected with an IO interface of the single chip microcomputer; a power supply supplies power to a system, the single chip microcomputer is connected with the upper computer, and operation software is stored and operated in the upper computer. The detection method comprises the following steps: utilizing a mathematical relation between the characteristics of biological tissues for absorbing lights with different wavelengths to establish an equation group, converting component change in the biological tissues into a coefficient of linear regressive equation to be solved, and obtaining parameters such as 15-minute retention rate of ICG pigment, blood-oxygen saturation degree and pulse heart rate and the like for noninvasive detection. The noninvasive multiparameter measuring device and the detecting method provided by the invention have the advantages that the measured pulse rate is 30bpm-300bpm, and the accuracy can reach + / 2bpm; the blood-oxygen saturation degree is 70%-100%, and the accuracy is + / -2digit; and the ICG pigment accuracy is + / -5%, the accuracy and the stability are high, and reliable device and method can be provided for evaluation on the liver reserve functions and surgical risks.
