Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing an artificial esophagus with a biological structure and biological functions. The method is characterized by comprising the steps: taking a fresh mammalesophagus, leaving a mucous membrane and a submucous layer, then, carrying out decellularization treatment, and carrying out freeze-drying preservation; then, taking a fresh placenta amniotic membrane, leaving complete amniotic membrane tissue containing an epithelial cell layer, a basement membrane and a blood-vessel-free matrix, then, preparing a decellularized amniotic membrane, then, tiling the decellularized amniotic membrane on a freeze-dried esophagus mucous membrane, and carrying out air-drying at room temperature, thereby obtaining the artificial esophagus with the biological structure and the biological functions. The method has the advantages that the artificial esophagus prepared by the method simulates normal esophagus tissue of a human body in a macroscopic form and a microstructure; the artificial esophagus can successfully achieve epithelization, and thus, the biological functions of the esophagus tissue can be exerted to the maximum functionally, so that the artificialesophagus can be more suitable for replacing part of a pathological-changed esophagus of a patient or sick animal.
