The tops of the two vertical supporting plates are connected through a transverse column which is slidably sleeved with a sliding sleeve.A rotary column is rotationally arranged on one of the vertical supporting plates, and a bearing is mounted at the position, corresponding to the rotary column, of the inner wall of the other verticalsupporting plate. One end of the rotary column is connected with a rocking arm, and the other end of the rotary column is connected with a threaded transverse column connected with an inner ring of the bearing. The threaded transverse column is connected with a driving seat in a threaded sliding-fit mode, the driving seat is connected with the sliding sleeve, and cleaning brushes used for cleaning plate-shaped garbage are mounted at the bottom of the driving seat.
