The technology comprises the steps that 1, the PVC pipe conforming to design requirement radiusis sawed into round corner plates which each has a one-fourth circular arc; 2, the vertical directions of the round corner plates are fixed by vertical supporting keels; and 3, multilayer plates are used to cut the inner sides of the round corner plates in the vertical directions into one-fourth circular arcs every a first distance in order to be used as transverse supporting keels to support theround corner plates, and the two ends of each transverse supporting keel are connected with the vertical supporting keels on the two sides of each round corner plate in the horizontal direction. The edges of the two sides of the vertical direction of each round corner plate formed by sawing the PVC drainage pipe into four one-fourth parts are fixed through the vertical supporting keels to form round corners which can be fixed at the edge of a column, then the round corner plates are supported by the transverse supporting keels on the inner sides of each round corners plate, wherein the two ends of each transverse supporting keel are horizontally fixed at the vertical supporting keels on the two sides, and bounce upwarpping of the two sides of the PVC pipe after a long time can be prevented.
