The system comprises an optical assembly, a pyroelectric infrared PIR sensor, a signal processing unit, a determination unit and an alarm unit, the optical assembly comprises a Fresnel lens, the sensible space range of the PIR sensor is limited through the installation height and angle of the Fresnel lens, the infrared energy of a motionobject passing through the sensible space range is concentrated on the PIR sensor, the PIR sensor is used for receiving the infrared energy from the optical assembly to generate a first signal, the signal processing unit is used for performing filtering amplification on the first signal to obtain a second signal, the determination unit is used for determining whether the received second signal satisfies a triggering condition and sending a triggering signal to the alarm unit if yes, and the alarm unit is used for giving an alarm in the condition of receiving the triggering signal.
