Abstract

The invention discloses a method and device for supervising big data clusters. The method comprises the steps of identifying node servers belonging to appointed big data clusters; deploying an agent server side on each node server of the appointed big data clusters; obtaining file paths and assembly configuration information of the node servers to which the agent server sides belong, wherein the file paths and assembly configuration information are collected by the agent server sides; generating assembly management modules for the appointed big data clusters; and sending the assembly management modules to a big data management server, thereby enabling the big data management server to supervise the appointed big data clusters based on the assembly management modules. According to the method and the device, the new big data clusters can be automatically supervised, the artificial deployment operation is greatly reduced, and a plurality of big data clusters are supervised compatibly through a uniform management interface.
